Located at 16-18 Constitution Terrace, Rose House is a stunning sandstone Victorian villa that has been meticulously converted into state-of-the-art private student flats.
By combining grand historical architecture with modern student facilities, we offer a truly unique place to live. Our location provides the perfect balance of a peaceful residential setting with immediate access to Dundee city centre. We are located just a 10-minute walk from both the University of Dundee and Abertay University campuses.

Your safety is our top priority. ILM Halal Student Halls (Rose House) is fully compliant with all Scottish landlord and HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) regulations. Parents and students can rest assured that our building meets the highest standards of safety and management:

- Registered Agent Management: Managed by Kashlaw Property Services Limited, a fully accredited Property Management agent in Scotland.
