How much does student accommodation cost in Dundee?
Based on a standard 50-week academic contract, student rooms at ILM Student Halls start from just £165 per week for a comfortable Single Room with shared daily-cleaned bathrooms. Our Single Room with private toilet (WC) is available from £170 per week, and full private En-suite rooms start at £200 per week. All rates are 100% all-inclusive with utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and laundry fully covered.
What utilities are included in my weekly rent package?
Everything! Your weekly rent package covers gas heating, electricity, unlimited water, superfast high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, on-site free and unlimited laundry access (washers and dryers), and access to all on-site premium amenities (cinema room, study zone, games room, and the Musallah). There are no admin fees or surprise charges.
